THE BREEDER & PURCHASER AGREE: 

To undertake to keep the kitten as an INDOOR household PET only.

Not under any circumstances to exhibit this kitten at a show.

Not under any circumstances whatsoever to use the kitten for breeding, or allow the kitten to breed with any other cat of the same or a different species, neither will the Purchaser allow any such use to be made of the kitten by any other party.

If for any reason it becomes necessary for the Purchaser to transfer the property of the kitten to a third party the Purchaser undertakes to obtain from the third party a covenant duplicating the terms contained herein. (as the owner you will notify the breeder of any change in ownership and ensure a loving home is found).

No responsibility will be accepted for damage, disease, loss or illness occurring after purchase. Kittens are insured from the day they leave us for 6 weeks and we strongly recommend you to continue with an insurance company of your choice. All kittens are sold in good faith, having had two veterinary health checks and are to the best of my knowledge sound, healthy and typical of his/her breed.

The purchaser will ensure that the kitten will be neutered by a Veterinary Surgeon/Practitioner, before attaining the age of seven months.

That you will provide love and care throughout his/her life and continue with boosters, worm and flea treatment and a sensible diet.
